Shipping

We ship from the small village of Sant Joan de Labritja which is situated in the beautiful island of Ibiza, Spain. Costs vary based on shipping location, the weight of the items in your order and the shipping method chosen. We try to keep our shipping prices fair and reasonable.

We added a shipping calculator to the cart to make it easier for you to see how much it will come out. Just add the products of your choice to the cart and you'll see the shipping calculator at the bottom.

IMPORTANT: If the package arrives damaged or broken please do not accept it and contact us immediately. We will send you a new package for free. If you accept a damaged package we will not be held liable to any damages caused to the items inside.

Shipping methods

We offer 2 different shipping methods - registered mail, express mail & speed post.

Registered mail – it usually takes 7-21 business days to arrive, and you'll get a tracking number so you can track your package.
Express post – it usually takes 7-10 business days to arrive, the parcels are insured, can be tracked all the way to your door and we take full responsibility on their delivery.  This method is only available for select countries.

Order status

We will notify you by email as soon as your order is shipped. the email will include a tracking number and a link for tracking the package.

When will i get it?

The shipping method of your choice + the time it takes us to pack and send it (up to a week though usually within 1-2 business days).

We ship Monday to Friday.

Shipping to which countries?

We ship to most countries on planet earth - if your country is listed in the country drop-down menu then we ship to it. If not, contact us and we will try to arrange shipping to you!

Multiple shipping addresses

You can only ship to one address each time you checkout. If you are shopping for people at different addresses, you will need to place each order separately.

Lost my order number or tracking number. What to do?

Send us an email with your details and we will let you know your order/tracking number.

Customs

All international orders may incur a customs fee by your local customs authorities. This fee is being charged by your government, not by us. We apologise for any inconvenience.

My order never arrived

Sometimes packages get held up by customs, are returned to us due to a mistake in an address and sometimes they get lost. If your order didn't arrive within the expected timeframe please contact us and we'll do our best to help you find it.

If your order doesn't arrive within 60 days and wasn't returned to us we will send your order again (depending on stock availability) or give you a refund for the products (minus the shipping costs).

My order has been returned to you

In case your local post office returned your order to us you will need to pay the shipping costs again. Please make sure the shipping address you give us is as complete & correct as possible.
