if you follow simple instructions you will have your pareo in the original shape and bright colours for a long period:
- hand wash only (never rub or soak)
- let it dry in the shade.

Registered mail – it usually takes 7-21 business days to arrive, and you'll get a tracking number so you can track your package. We ship Monday to Friday.
We ship to most countries on planet earth - if your country is listed in the country drop-down menu then we ship to it. If not, contact us and we will try to arrange shipping to you!
You can only ship to one address each time you checkout. If you are shopping for people at different addresses, you will need to place each order separately.
Sometimes packages get held up by customs, are returned to us due to a mistake in an address and sometimes they get lost. If your order didn't arrive within the expected timeframe please contact us and we'll do our best to help you find it.
If your order doesn't arrive within 60 days and wasn't returned to us we will send your order again (depending on stock availability) or give you a refund for the products (minus the shipping costs).
In case your local post office returned your order to us you will need to pay the shipping costs again. Please make sure the shipping address you give us is as complete & correct as possible.

All returns must be made within 30 days and items in original condition - we do not accept back washed items.

I had the previous version 2 times, but they were eventually unusable because the velcro wore out. This has really all the upgrades I wanted: a clip in stead of velcro and almost all Velcro has been replaced by magnets.
